Bouygues Energies & Services have been awarded a contract to provide FM services for TRCA’s new 8,100m2 headquarters.
The purpose built head office for TRCA’s employees is due for completion in Summer 2021. Bouygues will be engaged with TRCA from the design stage, through to operation where we will be responsible for providing M&E maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, parking management and other services.
The mass timber structure building’s design includes a number of cutting edge environmental technologies such as water walls, geothermal energy and solar chimneys, and aims to achieve LEED platinum and WELL building certifications.
