Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Survey Results at JPOCSC

Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Services Centre has been recognized as the highest rated PPP site run by the FHA in a recent customer satisfaction survey.

In March 2019, FHA conducted a Satisfaction with Support Services survey for twelve Fraser Health sites, including Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre. JPOCSC Services, delivered by Bouygues E&S at the site, including housekeeping services, helpdesk and plant services were placed 2nd, 2nd and 5th overall, with JPOCSC being the best PPP site of those run by FHA.

This exceptional achievement is a credit to the site team’s dedication and ability to deliver services with customer satisfaction as a top priority. These results form part of a long term relationship with JPOCSC
